VUSAC Meeting

Throughout the year, the Victoria Student’s Administrative Council (VUSAC) holds ONLINE biweekly meetings to address issues & attempt to ameliorate student life at Vic. Any Vic student is invited to attend & take part in these meetings! Elected VUSAC members can vote on action items and all are encouraged to take part in the discussions.

The meeting dates for the Fall 2021 semester are as follows:

September 17 October 1 October 15 October 29 November 19 December 3

All meetings begin at 5:30 PM EDT. Meeting agendas will be posted to vusac.ca/meetings prior to the meeting.

Any Vic students looking to bring up a discussion item at a VUSAC meeting may do so by emailing Fatima at chair@vusac.ca. In this email, please include the topic of discussion as well as its length of discussion time.

VUSAC meetings will be run according to Roberts' Rules. A summary document on these meeting procedures is posted to the VUSAC website at vusac.ca/meetings. If you have any questions about these procedures, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Chair prior to meetings.
