Technical Difficulties

We understand that technological glitches can sometimes occur. If one is unable to create an account on the VUSAC website due to technical issues, other logistical errors, or barring extraordinary circumstances, Google Forms have been provided as an alternative method for essential submissions. However, candidates must contact the CRO informing them about the issues prior to submitting the respective Google form:

Note: If one can create an account on the VUSAC website, they MUST use the Candidate Portal for all required submissions. Any submissions made via the Google Forms without informing the CRO will NOT be accepted, unless under extraordinary circumstances that have been clearly communicated and approved by the CRO.
