A Councilor is an elected council member who assists with Commission, Executive, and Staff portfolios, organizes council events, and creates initiatives in collaboration with others.

There are three first year councilor positions, three upper year Councilor positions, and two flexible positions open to either upper or first year students.

International Councilor

The International Councilor is an elected council member responsible for promoting the involvement of international students in Victoria College's extracurricular activities and addressing their unique concerns. They organize educational programming and collaborate with other international student groups, paying international fees for their term. The International Councillor must also organize at least one event per semester for international students and work closely with the Victoria International Students' Association (VISA).

This position is reserved specifically for an international student of the Victoria College Union.

Victoria College Council

The VCC is responsible for academics at Vic, including all aspects of teaching and learning that are not under the jurisdiction of the University of Toronto. The VCC discusses issues and policies relating to the student experience, both inside and outside of the classroom. This is a unique chance for student representatives to shape their academic experience. Serving as the liaison between the Victoria College Council and VUSAC, members ensure that there is a coherent flow of communication between the two entities. They can participate in both council meetings, bringing forward the views and interests of VUSAC to the VCC and vice versa.
